Martine Moise Answered Judge Orilien's Question Regarding The Death Of Her Husband,President Jovenel Moise.
Accompanied by Jovenelis, First Lady Martine Moise was before the Supreme Court of Haiti to answer Judge Orelien's question. Early in the morning supporters mixed with opposition were already in front of the court waiting for the first lady. In a very lively affair Martine Moise arrived in a convoy park with American security guards. The audition lasted about 3 hours for the Jovenelis The hearing lasted too long and they started asking the judge to let Martine go.
There were several incidents that occurred before the court. While the militants were on the court yard, an opposition militant went to assault the jovenelis, shouting "arrest Martine, arrest Martine, arrest Martine". The Jovenelis wasted no time jump on this opposition militant beat him up.The second incident happened while Martine's car was coming out the court, an opposition militant named TI Youri, who got push back by the security guard.
In a video "Ti Youri" posted on youtube he announced he will file a complaint against Martine Moise. He says he is a victim and has already taken counsel on that case.
A new judge appointed by PM Ariel Henry to look into cases such as the Death of Lawyer Dorval, Money loundry, the card Dermalogue. In a rare case, the new judge summoned Martine Moise for October 10, 2021.
