For a long time orlando magic is looking for a point guard capable of leading the team. After the team was van Victor Oladipo, they never found a point guard that can lead the team. Since then Orlando is in the rebuilding process. Every year the team still has good place in the Draft but they never pick the team’s future point guard. After taking chances with Markelle Fultz the team failed to advance to the NBA elimination phase. The need to find a player who can lead teams always remains a priority every year.

In the 2021 draft the Orlando Magic selected Cole Anthony in the first round 15 over all. He played for college North Carolina in 2019-2020. For the regular season he averages 17 points for an Orlando team that needs a star who can change the team's culture. We are not saying Come Anthony is a star or a future all star. But if he could win the rookie of the year this could be a start. He can score the three points and he can attack the basket. He scored 20 points twice. Orlando can get the tip of the guard looking to upgrade.
